No one had taken a pick to that land for over a quarter of a century. What was one to do with such rocky soil, where only a few time-withered olive trees still clung to life? But led solely by his passion, Jean Pierre BAJOLLE, a man of determination, foresight, and a deep love for his land and his olive trees, set out to embark on a true adventure. The work would be arduous, and the investment significant. But through Jean Pierre's unrelenting labor and tireless experimentation, DOMAINE BAJOLLE came into being.

Today, Jean Pierre's wife Micheline tends his beloved olive orchard with the same passion, and continues to nurture Jean Pierre's dream by converting DOMAINE BAJOLLE to certified organic status. The result is a subtle combination of different varieties of olives that creates a magically unique flavor and exquisite taste.

DOMAINE BAJOLLE's olive oil has become a standard feature on the most discerning tables and finest gourmet stores in the Aix-en-Provence region.
